Here are a few pics of Lola and Regan from the trip... it was so fun to watch them interact. Even though Jess and Gabe are good friends of ours, our girls haven't actually spent that much time together. So, we really enjoyed having this little chunk of time for our families to be together and let the girls get to know each other. By the end of the trip they were "communicating" in their own little language. It sounded like a bird call - Regan started it, and Lola soon began answering her. It was hilarious!

My favorite 'bird call' was when the plane landed in Springfield and Regan let one out from one side of the aisle followed by Lola from the other side. Folks on the plane sure got a chucke out of that!
